Potential Pilot: Build a 4-5 day Senior Leadership Program for Fellows Alumni. |
Action Item: Collaborate with Deloitte and Harvard Law School to develop a 2017 pilot for senior Fellows Alumni. |
Potential Pilot: Develop a Fellows self-evaluation process that emphasizes interaction with their MP/GC. |
Action Item: Create a self-evaluation process for the 2016 Fellows that clearly defines interactions with MP/GCs and other direct supervisors. Evaluation should also use skills taught in the program as the basis for examining performance and progress. |

Build LCLD organizational infrastructure that grows regional Member cooperation and collaboration. |
Potential Pilot: Continue to develop regionally-focused collaboration efforts and Fellows networking opportunities that take advantage of best practices. |
Action Item: LCLD staff should develop a regional outreach plan for 2016 that emphasizes bringing Members together regionally and opportunities for Fellows to interact directly with Members, with a focus on business development and client service. |

Potential Pilot: Use virtual learning modules to assist in LCLD program activities. |
Action Item: Continue to develop e-learning modules as an essential element of the LCLD Pathfinders Pilot curriculum. |
Action Item: In 2016, we will begin using virtual learning, like e-learning modules, to expand our programs. |

Continue to develop collaborations with other legal diversity organizations. |
Potential Pilot: Serve as a convening agent for groups working to impact diversity in the legal pipeline. |
Action Item: Convene a group of interested Members to uncover possible collaborative opportunities with pipeline organizations. |
Action Item: Produce a plan to bring together Pipeline organizations, Members, and law school leadership to create a common set of goals including creating metrics. |

Potential Pilot: Create a campaign and fuel and grassroots movement to emphasize the legal profession’s proud history of leading for justice and social change.

Action Item: Present an advocacy plan at the next Annual Meeting that studies how LCLD could create a social media movement around What would the world look like without lawyers? Or #a lawyer did that. |
