Alan Tse become Global General Counsel of Jones Lang LaSalle in 2018, after serving as General Counsel of Petco, Churchill Downs, and LG Electronics Mobilecomm. In 2017, he helped establish the GC Thought Leaders Experiment, which measures the success of various in-house and law firm practices and relations. Alan is also Co-Founder and serves on the Board of Directors of the Asian American Legal Foundation. 

Jones Lang LaSalle believes diversity is a key business asset, tying its leaders' compensation to diversity goals. The company earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index for LGBT Equality in 2015 and was named one of the 50 Best Places for Women and Diverse Managers to Work by Diversity MBA magazine.
