General Counsel, Deloitte

Ben Campbell joined Deloitte in 2014 and became General Counsel in 2017. He was previously a Partner at Latham & Watkins and also worked as Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York and Acting Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division. Ben also serves on the Board of Counselors for Equal Justice Works. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Ben created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Ben's pledge here. 

Deloitte strives to apply its extensive research on diversity and inclusion to its own organization. This includes local inclusion councils and initiatives focused on work-life integration and building resilience.
