President, United Airlines

Brett Hart joined United in 2010 as General Counsel, after holding a similar role with Sara Lee Corporation. In his current role, he oversees global communications for the airline. In 2016, Brett was named to the Inclusion Council of the Obama Foundation, charged with monitoring and executes diversity and inclusion initiatives. 

Brett was served as Treasurer on the LCLD Board of Directors, leading the United legal department to participation in several LCLD programs. Additional diversity efforts at United include business resource groups, community partnerships, and a supplier diversity program. 

United was named an LCLD Most Active Member Corporation in 2017 and 2018.
