Global General Counsel, Viatris Inc.

Brian Roman is Viatris’ Global General Counsel. Prior to Viatris, he was Global General Counsel at Mylan N.V. He held a variety of executive roles with Mylan N.V. both inside and outside the legal department since 2003, including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel - North America.

Mr. Roman was in private practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 1994 to 2003 before joining Mylan and is a graduate of Cornell University and the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Viatris' workforce spans 45 countries; 25 percent of the company's managers and 31 percent of its board members are women. Viatris places high priority on creating an environment that supports the diverse talents of its employees and serves communities around the world with medical services, financial assistance, and education.
