Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Health Care Service Corporation

Catherine Nelson became Chief Legal Officer of Health Care Service Corporation in 2020. She most recently served as Divisional Senior Vice President, HCSC Plan and Business Counsel and Enterprise Risk Officer. Prior to joining HCSC in 2011, Catherine spent 10 years at Foley & Lardner LLP. She also serves on the board of Medecision, Inc.
