Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, Paramount 

 

Christa D’Alimonte joined Paramount (previously known as ViacomCBS) in 2012 and became General Counsel in 2017. She previously spent 17 years at Shearman & Sterling, where she was Deputy Practice Group Leader of the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions group. Christa was named a “Top Female Dealmaker” by Law360 and was the Editor-in-Chief of the American Criminal Law Review. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Christa created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Christa's pledge here

Paramount promotes diversity through programming, employee affinity groups, and its Office of Global Inclusion, which supports a variety of diversity initiatives, like a tax-equalization policy for same-sex couples. Paramount has won awards for diversity from the Empire State Pride Agenda and the NAACP. 

Paramount was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2021 and 2022.
