David Dardis became General Counsel of Constellation in 2019 and led the company's spinoff from Exleon. Before joining Constellation in 2007, he was Legal Advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and was an attorney in the Washington, D.C. offices of the law firms of Hunton & Williams LLP and Balch & Bingham LLP. David also serves on the Board of Directors of the Irvine Nature Center in Owings Mills, Md., the leading environmental education organization in the state, and on the Law Council for Washington and Lee University School of Law.
