Corporate Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, ADP
David Kwon joined ADP in 2011 as a litigation attorney and was promoted in 2012 to Head of Litigation. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Legal Officer by the Board of Directors. Prior to joining ADP, David was a litigation Partner at K&L Gates LLP and served as Assistant District Attorney for the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he received the U.S. Department of Justice Award for Public Service. David also serves on the Board of SEEDS, a non-profit whose mission is to change the lives of motivated, high-achieving students from low-income families by transforming their educational opportunities, and is a past President of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey.
In 2020, women made up 53% of ADP's workforce and 42% of its management, while minorities made up 38% of the workforce and 29% of management. The company uses business resource groups, unconscious bias training, and diverse hiring slates to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
