General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Kyndryl
As Kyndryl Holdings, Inc.’s first General Counsel, Ed Sebold leads over 300 people, including lawyers and contracts professionals as well as security and crisis management personnel. He came to Kyndryl after leading several global legal functions at IBM, including teams that worked with services, Watson Health, litigation, and the company's mergers and acquisitions unit.
Before joining IBM in 2012, Ed was a partner at Jones Day in the firm's Cleveland and Houston offices, and counseled clients in the banking, finance, healthcare and manufacturing industries. A board member of the Pro Bono Partnership, Ed is a graduate of John Carroll University and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan. He clerked for Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
