General Counsel, Spotify
Eve Konstan became General Counsel of Spotify in 2020 after 20 years with HBO and WarnerMedia. She also spent time as an associate with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Since joining Spotify, she has helped launch Spotify in new markets and overseen service expansion in existing markets, expanded the company's reach to new audiences, and worked to combat fraudulent behavior on the platform. Eve received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was Editor of the Columbia Law Review.
In 2020, women made up 44% of Spotify's overall workforce and 38% of its leadership. The company also makes public its ethnicity data, and has committed to doubling the percentage of Black employees by 2023, with an emphasis on director-level roles and above. Other D&I efforts include several employee resource groups and an annual Inclusion Summit.
