Chief Legal Officer, Exelon Corporation
Gayle Littleton joined Exelon in 2020 as General Counsel. She previously practiced at Jenner & Block LLP, where she was Co-Chair of the Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice, a member of the Management Committee, and Co-Chair of the Women's Forum Steering Committee. Exelon’s legal department prides itself on its diversity and continues to look for ways to improve by hosting diverse summer law clerks and mentoring minority high school students. The company is involved in a variety of community outreach programs, including a partnership with Working in the Schools, a group that mentors low income and minority students in Chicago.
In 2022, Exelon was named an LCLD Top Performer for the fifth consecutive year.
