James Ford joined GSK in 1995 and has held several roles in the company, including General Counsel Global Pharmaceuticals, Vice President of Corporate Legal, and Acting Head of Governance, Ethics, and Compliance, and has been based in the U.S., London, and Singapore. James assumed his current role in August 2018.
GSK has a robust supplier diversity initiative that includes a mentoring program for suppliers. GSK is a member of the 30% Club, which aims to achieve 30% female representation in female management by 2020. The company is also a supporter of the United Nations' LGBTI global business standards. GSK was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2014, 2021, and 2022.
