Jamie Haney joined Novo Nordisk as General Counsel in 2020. She was previously Managing Director at Eli Lilly Suisse, the company's Switzerland affiliate, and held various other positions in Eli Lilly's legal and commercial units. She was also nominated as an LCLD Fellow during her time at Eli Lilly. While in Switzerland, Jamie served on the Executive Committee of Interpharma, a pharmaceutical trade association. She is also an active advocate for diversity and inclusion and co-founded the Leading Women in the Law Division ("WILD") at Lilly.

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Jamie created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Jamie's pledge here.
