Jeannine Lane is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Resideo, providing strategy and leadership on all legal, HSE and risk matters facing the company. Prior to her role at Resideo, Jeannine spent 20-plus years at Honeywell where she established a proven track record of successfully leading legal functions for global teams, including Honeywell Homes, Fire, Industrial Safety, Life Safety, Security, and Consumer Products businesses. Before joining Honeywell, she spent three years as EVP and General Counsel at Prestone Products Corporation, a consumer products company in the automobile aftermarket industry. Jeannine earned her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her juris doctorate from Union University Albany Law School.
