Executive Vice President, Legal & Public Affairs, LyondellBasell 

Jeffrey Kaplan is is Executive Vice President for Legal and Public Affairs at LyondellBasell, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemicals, and refining companies. Jeffrey joined the company in 2009 as Deputy General Counsel and became General Counsel in 2015. He is currently a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and former Chairman of the Texas General Counsel Forum. Jeffrey was also named a "Legend in Law" at the 2018 Burton Awards for Legal Achievement .
