Jeffrey Melucci joined Kimberly-Clark in 2013 and became General Counsel in 2017. He previously held various leadership roles at General Electric, including General Counsel for GE Aviation and International Transactions Counsel for GE Transportation. Jeffrey also completed Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development in 2013.
Diversity initiatives at Kimberly-Clark include employee resource groups and an expansive non-discrimination policy that covers gender identity and genetic information in addition to more traditional diversity areas. Kimberly-Clark was named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For by Working Mother for its flexible work options, paid leave and childcare programs, and advancement opportunities.
