Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, Hallmark

Jill Marchant became General Counsel of Hallmark in 2018. She was previously General Counsel of Farm Credit Mid-America and Texas Roadhouse, and held legal leadership roles at Dine Equity, Applebee's, and Honeywell.

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Jill created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Jill's pledge here.  

Hallmark has been recognized as a top employer for women; in 2018, women made up more than half of the company's senior management. The company has several employee resource groups and a mentoring program for students in Kansas City Public Schools. 

Hallmark’s portfolio includes Crown Media Family Networks, Crayola, and Crown Center, the company’s office, hotel, and retail complex in the heart of Kansas City.
