Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, DTE Energy 

JoAnn Chávez joined DTE Energy in 2007. In addition to leading the company’s legal functions, she is committed to developing talent; JoAnn is the executive sponsor of Somos DTE, DTE’s Hispanic employee resource group, and the DTE Summer Talent Exposure Program, an internship program for college students from under-represented groups. She is also Chair of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized by Latino Who’s Who for her achievements in advancing the culture of the Latino American business community.
