Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Johnson Controls
John Donofrio became General Counsel of Johnson Controls in 2018. He previously held similar roles at Mars, Incorporated, the Shaw Group, Inc., and Honeywell Aerospace. John also serves on the Board of Directors of FARO Technologies and has a degree in chemical engineering.
At Johnson Controls, 22 percent of executives are women and 17 percent are minorities. Johnson Controls is also one of 17 companies in the Billion Dollar Roundtable, a group of U.S. corporations committed to spending more than $1 billion annually with minority- and women-owned firms. The company also has nine business resource groups with 40 chapters around the world and a supplier diversity program.
