General Counsel, Energizer Holdings, Inc.

Kate Dugan became General Counsel of Energizer in 2021 after joining in 2014 and serving in numerous leadership roles at the company, including Associate General Counsel. She previously practiced law at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Greenberg Traurig, and Shook, Hardy & Bacon. Kate has volunteered with Sherwood Forest, a Missouri-based, non-profit youth development program. At LCLD, Kate has served as a mentor for the Success in Law School Mentoring Program. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Kate created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Kate's pledge here.
