Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Vontier Corporation 

Katie Rowen joined Vontier Corporation in 2020 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She previously worked for Fortive Corporation and Raytheon Company in various senior legal, compliance, and corporate social responsibility roles, and was a litigator in private practice before moving in-house. Katie serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Vontier Veterans’ Employee Resource Group and is a member of Vontier’s Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Advisory Council. Her global legal team has instituted a number of diversity initiatives, including an external law firm Diversity Performance Scorecard. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Katie created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Katie's pledge here.
