Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Affairs Officer, 3M Company

Kevin Rhodes became General Counsel of 3M in 2022. Throughout his 20-year 3M career, he has led legal teams in areas of increasing responsibility, including serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, and leading the company's litigation function. Kevin has served as President of the Intellectual Property Owner’s Association and the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel. Kevin and his wife have three adult children, and he enjoys travel, fishing, hiking, and gardening.
