Chief Legal and Business Officer, OneTrust
Kim Rivera became Chief Legal and Business Officer of OneTrust in 2022. She developed a passion for the law early in life, moving from Puerto Rico to the United States to attend law school. She held senior executive positions at DaVita Healthcare, The Clorox Company, and Rockewell Automation before joining HP, where she served as Chief Legal Officer and Advisor to the President.
While at HP, Kim was an active Member of LCLD, and led HP's legal department to create diversity mandate, in which it could withhold billables from law firms that failed to meet its diversity requirements. She joined the LCLD Board of Directors in 2018, and will become Chair in 2023.
