Kirke Weaver became General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Organon & Co. in 2023, after having been a senior member of the legal leadership team since the company’s launch in 2021. Previously, Kirke spent over 18 years in the legal department of Merck & Co., Inc., serving in numerous roles of increasing responsibility.
