Global General Counsel, Bank of America Corporation
Lauren Mogensen became Global General Counsel of Bank of America in 2022 after serving as Head of Global Compliance and Operational Risk since 2013. Her previous roles have included Chief Financial Officer for Global Wealth and Investment Management, Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions for FleetBoston Financial, and Co-Head of the corporate department of Edwards & Angell, LLP (now Locke Lord LLP).
Bank of America's diversity initiatives include the Ally Program, an award-winning effort to support LGBT employees, and the Black Professional Group, which partners with a mentoring group called CARES. Bank of America has been rated a top company for women and Latinas and received top rankings on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index eight years in a row.
