Vice President, Group General Counsel & Global Privacy Officer, Major Lindsey & Africa
Maureen Dry-Wasson became General Counsel of Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2008. She is also a part of the Allegis Group legal team, where she is responsible for ERISA/employee benefits issues for all of Allegis Group’s U.S. companies. Maureen has been in-house counsel for more than 20 years, starting her career at Vertis, Inc., where she started as a staff attorney and finished as Deputy General Counsel—Corporate.
Maureen is currently the Chair of the In-House Benefits Counsel Network and on the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Diversity in Privacy Advisory Board. Previously, she was on the IAPP Women Leading Privacy Advisory Board for two years. After hours, Maureen enjoys yoga and spending quality time with her husband and four sons.
