Michael Boxer became General Counsel of ThermoFisher Scientific in 2018. He was previously Group General Counsel at Luxottica and Senior Corporate Counsel at Winston & Strawn LLP. While at Luxottica, Michael spent time mentoring younger attorneys.
Diversity initiatives at ThermoFisher Scientific include releasing a gender gap report in an effort to promote equal opportunity, a reverse mentoring program, and a supplier diversity program. In 2018, the company ranked 31st among the Top 100 Innovators in Diversity and Inclusion in the U.S.
ThermoFisher was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2021 and 2022.
