Nabanita Nag became Chief Legal Officer of Norfolk Southern Corporation in 2022. She joined the company in 2020 as General Counsel, Corporate, and was previously Vice President & Corporate Counsel in the Financial Management Law Group at Prudential, where she was nominated as an LCLD Fellow. Earlier in her career, Nabanita practiced at Goldman Sachs and Shearman & Sterling. She received her J.D. from New York University and serves on the Board of the Georgetown Alumni Club of Metro Atlanta.
Norfolk Southern is the first Class I railroad to join CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion. Recently, Norfolk Southern was selected as one of America’s best employers for women by Forbes magazine.
