Nadia Dombrowski became General Counsel of MetaBank in 2022. She was previously Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Safrapay, a provider of small business banking and online payment solutions, and has held senior leadership roles at Mastercard, Bank of America, Community Federal Savings Bank, and several other companies in the financial services industry. Nadia is a Dartmouth College and Columbia Law School graduate, and a Fulbright and Rotary International scholar.
MetaBank's diversity and inclusion efforts include recruitment and employee training and development. In 2020, Meta Bank announced that it had accelerated work on its diversity and inclusion strategy. The company also continued its support of Operation HOPE, Inc., a nonprofit providing financial literacy empowerment and economic education to youth and adults, and began developing a Community Impact Program
