Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Jazz Pharmaceuticals
Neena Patil joined Jazz Pharmaceuticals as General Counsel in 2019. She was previously General Counsel of Abeona Therapeutics Inc., and has worked for several other biopharmaceutical companies, including Novo Nordisk Inc., Pfizer, GPC Biotech, and Sanofi. Neena also serves on the Board of Directors of Penn Medicine - Princeton Medical Center Foundation.
While at Novo Nordisk, Neena spoke about her views on talent development: “There is no one model for high performance because everyone is unique, but the single goal is to make sure every person in our department feels empowered.”
