General Counsel and Secretary, Amyris, Inc. 

Nicole Kelsey joined Amyris as General Counsel and Secretary in 2017. She previously served as General Counsel of Criteo, a global leader in commerce marketing based in Paris, spent time as the senior securities lawyer for Medtronic, and head M&A attorney for CIT Group, Inc. After earning her law degree, Nicole spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar studying the feminist voice under Tunisian law. Today, she serves on the Board of A Window Between Worlds, a nonprofit that assists women and children survivors of violence. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Nicole created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Nicole's pledge here.
