Paul Krause joined Harley Davidson in 2016 and became Chief Legal Officer in 2020. He was previously Senior Counsel at ArcelorMittal, an international steel company, and an attorney at Littler Mendelson.

Through employee resource groups, partnerships with diversity-promoting organizations, and supplier diversity initiatives, Harley-Davidson works to increase diverse practices and expand their viewpoint. The company also provides minority executives with scholarships to attend business development programs.
