Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Stryker
Rob Fletcher joined Stryker as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer in April 2019. He is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the global legal, compliance and physical security activities. He has served as Executive Sponsor for Stryker’s African Ancestry Network employee resource group since 2020.
Throughout his career, he has gained deep leadership experience through managing complex, global business issues and has delivered strong results in the medical technology industry. Prior to joining Stryker, Rob held multiple legal leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson and General Electric Aircraft Engines (now GE Aviation). Rob also worked in private practice before going in-house.
