Since joining Yum! Brands in 2007, Scott Catlett has held various roles in the legal department, including previously serving as General Counsel of Yum! Brands, and before that as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, overseeing all legal aspects of key strategic initiatives, domestic and international financings, domestic restaurant dispositions, investigations, financial disclosure issues, SEC and IRS matters, major litigation and matters relating to the Board of Directors. In addition, Catlett played a lead role in the 2016 spinoff of Yum China Holdings, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, the largest purchasing cooperative in the quick-service restaurant industry. Scott enjoys hiking, travel, golf, and spending time with his wife, Celia and three young children.

About 60 percent of employees at Yum! Brands are minorities. The company’s diversity initiatives include supplier diversity programs and a diversity pipeline to create a more inclusive management staff. They have also developed an award-winning minority-lending program to help more minorities become franchise owners.
