Senior Vice President - General Counsel, Ethics Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis 

Shaun Clifford joined Federal Home Loan Banks of Indianapolis in 2020 as General Counsel, overseeing the bank's legal and compliance functions as well as acting as Ethics Officer. Prior to joining the bank, Shaun was a Partner on the Insurance Team at Faegre Baker Daniels, as well as a member of the Management Committee and Chair of the Women's Forum for Achievement. Shaun also serves on the Board of Girls Incorporated of Greater Indianapolis. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Shaun created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Shaun's pledge here. 

The Federal Home Loan Banks promote diversity through their primary areas of business focus: small business, affordable housing, and community of focus. In 2021, the Federal Home Loan Banks were named an LCLD Top Performer for the third consecutive year.
