Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, MSA Safety 

Stephanie Sciullo has spent nearly 10 years at MSA Safety and most recently served as Deputy General Counsel. She also serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University, where she designed a course called In-House Counsel in Modern Corporations. An advocate for gender equity in the legal industry, Stephanie launched a Women's Negotiations Workshop focused on compensation, promotion, case responsibility, and client exposure opportunities for women lawyers in the Pittsburgh legal community.  

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Stephanie created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Stephanie's pledge here

Diversity efforts at MSA Safety include employee resource business groups, community partnerships, and tracking of diversity statistics. Thirty-eight percent of the workforce is female (11% higher than the U.S. manufacturing industry average), and in 2015, 46% of promotions were rewarded to diverse candidates.
