Susan Street Whaley became Chief Legal Officer of P&G in 2022. She has spent nearly 23 years with P&G managing global teams, leading compliance efforts, and protecting brand equity as well as previously serving as assistant secretary to P&G's Board of Directors. Susan is also serves on the executive committees of the Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio and Campy Joy.
Along with employee resource groups and supplier diversity programs, The Procter & Gamble Company’s Indian and Middle Eastern offices promote gender equality and female advancement. They have been rated a top company for diversity by several organizations, earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, and were rated No. 1 for the percentage of women on their Board of Directors.
P&G was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
