Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, The Home Depot, Inc. 

A minority scholarship allowed Teresa Roseborough to attend law school. Since then, she has served as a deputy assistant attorney general for the Department of Justice and worked for both corporations and private firms. She was named one of 25 Influential Black Women in Business by The Network Journal. The legal department Teresa oversees is always looking for ways to diversify and requires outside firms to report on their diversity. As a whole, Home Depot uses employee resource groups, supplier diversity programs, and partnerships with diversity organizations. 

The Home Depot was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2021.
