Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, PPL Corporation

Wendy Stark joined PPL in 2021 from Pepco Holdings, LLC, where she was Senior Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Strategy. She also spent a decade with FirstEnergy Corporation and five years in private practice focusing on labor and employment law. Wendy has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including the Girl Scouts Council of the Nations Capital and the Homeless Children’s Playtime Project in Washington, D.C. PPL has a diversity council that leads diversity initiatives such as an internship program, diversity training, and employee resource groups.
