Chief Executive Officer and Shareholder, Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. 

Al Orr became Chief Executive Officer of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren in 2020. He was previously Co-Chair of the firm's Corporate Law Practice and led the firm's Private Equity Group. Al has also served in multiple volunteer board capacities with Children’s Wisconsin since 1997 and presently serves on its Chairman’s Council, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Milwaukee Community Business Collaborative.

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Al created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Al's pledge here. 

Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren’s diversity efforts include the Reinhart Women’s Forum, professional development activities for diverse attorneys, and partnering with organizations like Neighborhood House of Milwaukee. The firm also invites diverse high school students to shadow attorneys and gain hands-on experience with the legal profession.
