Founder and Managing Member, Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett LLP

Alan Brackett began his career as a maritime attorney and in 1995, co-founded Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett. Under his leadership, the firm tripled in size; he played a key role in developing practices in specialized areas of the law, including the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Alan moved to New Orleans to attend Tulane University and has lived there ever since; he serves as Chancellor and the principal Verger for Christ Church Cathedral and is the former Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Loyola University College of Law.

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Alan created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Alan's pledge here.
