Allen McKenna joined Ford & Harrison in 2000 and served as Managing Partner of the firm’s Orlando office before becoming Firm Managing Partner in 2018. He has been recognized as “Best of the Bar” by the Orlando Business Journal and is a regular speaker on labor and employment law.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Allen created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Allen's pledge here.
Ford & Harrison’s diversity programs include Connections for Success, a mentoring program between attorneys and students transitioning to college, two leadership programs for minority partners, and a Diversity Pipeline Scholarship. These programs led to an honorable mention for Innovations in Diversity from Diversity Journal, among other awards. Ford & Harrison was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2019.
