President, Lane Powell PC
Barbara Duffy became President of Lane Powell in 2019, championing the firm's focus on innovation and developing diverse talent. She previously led the firm's Litigation Department for more than a decade, helping Lane Powell become a top-tier provider of legal counsel for companies in the health care and senior living industries. Barbara also serves as Chair of the American Health Care Association's Legal Committee.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Barbara created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Barbara's pledge here.
Lane Powell’s diversity efforts include a diversity scholarship and participation in the Northwest Minority Job Fair. The firm also cites LCLD as a critical piece of its diversity efforts, participating in the Fellows, Pathfinder, Scholars, and Mentoring programs.
In 2022, Lane Powell was named an LCLD Top Performer for the fourth consecutive year. The firm also received the award in 2015 and 2016.
