Co-Founder, Bailey & Glasser LLP
Benjamin Bailey co-founded Bailey & Glasser in 1999 and now plays a leading role in the firm's nationwide auto defects litigation cases, complex commercial and antitrust litigation, and high-stakes appeals. He began his trial career as a federal prosecutor and spent four years as Counsel to the Governor of West Virginia.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Benjamin created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Benjamin's pledge here.
“We do a better, more creative job if our people bring different backgrounds and perspectives to the table,” said Benjamin of the firm's efforts to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace. One-third of Bailey & Glasser's practice group leaders and half of associates are women, and the firm's Women@BG network provides various opportunities for women at the firm. The firm also participates in the Mansfield Rule and actively recruits women and minority lawyers.
