Co-Managing Director, Goulston & Storrs PC
Since joining Goulston & Storrs in 1998, Bill Dillon has held many leadership roles, including Co-Chair of the Real Estate Group and Co-Chair of the Inclusion Advisory Committee. He has also been actively involved in the Diversity Lab’s annual Diversity in Law Hackathon Series; his team won second place in the 2018 competition for developing an idea for an employee feedback app.
“The idea was really, the faster you get feedback to an associate, the less likely there is to be an implicit bias impact,” Dillon said in an interview. “It’s also just good to give associates of color or otherwise feedback on a regular basis.” Bill also led the firm's implementation of the Mansfield 2.0 rule; in 2019, they received Mansfield 2.0 Plus certification.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Bill created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Bill's pledge here.
At Goulston & Storrs, more than 40 percent of employees are women, people of color, or LGBTQ, with women serving on every major committee and representing more than half of industry group co-chairs.
