Chief Executive Officer, Steptoe & Johnson PLLC
Chris Slaughter became CEO of Steptoe & Johnson in 2020, after serving as Managing Partner of the firm's Huntington, West Virginia office, serving multiple terms on the firm’s executive committee, and maintaining a practice focused on counseling and litigation. Chris is also a fellow of both the West Virginia Bar Foundation and the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and serves on the Advisory Council of the American Foundation for the Blind.
Steptoe & Johnson's diversity initiatives include partnership with diverse bar associations, outreach to minority law students, and flex-time work arrangements.
