Dahlia Doumar became Co-Chair & Managing Partner of Patterson Belknap in 2022. She previously led the firm's Tax practice, representing domestic and foreign for-profit companies, exempt organizations, and high net worth individuals. Dahlia received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. 

Patterson Belknap was one of the first major firms to elect a woman as its Managing Partner and works to continue a tradition where women and minority lawyers thrive. In 2017, the firm received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index. Patterson Belknap diversity initiatives include three affinity groups, legal outreach to underserved communities, and a diversity fellowship for judicial clerks.
