Dana Armagno joined Vedder Price in 1995 and was elected Operating Shareholder in 2021. She also serves on the firm's Executive Committee and its Board of Directors. Prior to assuming a full-time firm management role, Dana was a member of the firm’s Finance and Transactions practice area.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Dana created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Dana's pledge here.
Diversity initiatives at Vedder Price include Women at Vedder Empowering Success (WAVES) and a diversity scholarship for law students. Vedder Price was also an early signatory to the Chicago Bar Association’s Call to Action on Women’s Leadership and a founding member of the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms.
