Managing Member, Miller Johnson Snell & Cummiskey, PLC
David Buday became Managing Member of Miller Johnson in 2021 and also chairs the firm's Employment - Health Care Practice Group. He has been practicing law since 1989 and focuses on representing employers and management in a wide range of labor and employment matters. David is also a member of the Michigan Health and Hospital Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
Miller Johnson has been active in creating opportunities for diverse young lawyers. The firm created two clerkship programs for minority law students, participates in programs like 1L LCLD Scholars, and created the Michigan Diversity Scholarship. Miller Johnson also provides mentoring, diversity workshops, and networking opportunities for its employees.
